Our blogs specialize in reviews of outdoor wear/gear, workout items, cooking and kitchen items, cookbooks, books, items for male toddlers, pre-schoolers and teenagers and food, glorious food, but are open to other genres as well – I (and the family) enjoy trying out new items and do so very often. We are a family of 5 and use every item we receive to give an honest review. We try to post our reviews in a timely manner, within a month of receiving the items. Your review will be posted on this blog (Gazing In) or our sister blog (Trail Cooking) and on our Facebook Pages and potentially cross posted on our other websites/Facebook Pages/Twitter depending on what the item is. For PR companies, if you use Cision, we are listed with them (and are used quite often) and as well with NetGalley.

We do not take payment for our reviews/blog posts but we do receive items from manufacturers, companies and public relation firms to review. We try to keep an honest opinion about the items and to let our readers know we received the item to review. If the item is so bad we cannot test sample it or it is unsafe, we decline not review it publicly and/or simply turn down the chance to review it in the first place.
