When Kirk and I talk seeds for planting, radishes always get brought up, but I never plant them. I don’t like radishes raw to be truthful. Crunchy, yes, but while I like spicy foods, I find raw radishes just oddly hot. Well, if you cook radishes, that heat mellows out. If you are looking for a low-carb alternative to potatoes, this recipe for pan-fried radishes is for you!
Pan Fried Radishes
Ingredients:
1 bunch radishes
Butter or coconut oil
Fine sea salt
Ground black pepper
Directions:

Thinly slice, or use the slicing side of a box grater.
Heat a small frypan over medium, add in butter and melt.
Spread radishes in pan, and pat down with a spatula. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
