This is a large-sized bowl of cookie dough – perfect for sharing with the kids. Because, if you are like me, you’d rather eat it raw than baked….get out the spoons and start nibbling!
Snacking Raw Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
- Dash of fine sea salt
- Dash of baking soda
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or mini chocolate candies
Directions:
Add butter, and sugars in a small mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until combined. Add in milk and vanilla, beat in. Add salt, baking soda and flour, beat until the dough is smooth.
Stir in chocolate by hand.
Serve immediately, or store covered in refrigerator for later snacking on.
You posted this pic last night and it prompted me to search your site for your other cookie dough recipes. I found several, but realized I would have had to schlep out the giant kitchen aid since we don’t have a hand mixer. That was beyond my motivation (as was mixing by hand with a wooden spoon and hubby refused to do it for me) so alas I did not get cookie dough last night, lol. I am solo tonight so will be making it before I’m too tired! And then I can enjoy it at 9pm with my book while little dude sleeps!
The first time I made it, I did it with a fork 😀 A wee bit harder, but it worked 😉
