Happy New Years Eve! I won’t lie…taking nearly 2 weeks off from blogging has been good for my soul – and my mind. If anything, it has left me feeling more creative/inspired. During this time I finished and published 2 of my outdoor cooking manuscripts that had been languishing for years in my computer. I am now proudly the Mom to 3, yes, 3 outdoor cookbooks (hiking, backpacking, kayaking? I have you covered!)
Trail Cooking: Trail Food Made Gourmet, 275+ recipes – this book has been my baby I worked on for year. In fact, more like 6+ years!
