Last September, when at IFBC, feeling lucky I entered a drawing from Anolon, to win a piece. I was happily shocked a month or so later when I found out I had won one of the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Inch Skillet:
When it showed up I was almost scared to use it. It was so nice. The “this is too nice to use” feeling. Thankfully, I got over that! Kirk noticed how much I loved it and he surprised me with this set, the matching Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick 9-Piece Cookware Set:
The deal he got on them was phenomenal (thank you early season sales!) on Amazon, so I let any guilt slide away and happily packed up my overly worn Calphalon pots and pans to the thrift store.
And wow, after cooking with them the past 3 or so weeks? I cannot believe how perfect rice comes in the saucepans, no burnt areas. They control the heat, allowing true simmering. And they work on my (hated) glass top stove.
I still baby them, but then I baby all my pans – I hand wash only. That and they just look so gorgeous!
Wow, very nice!!
They really are so nice I hate using them 😀
