If asked (and hey, thanks for asking!) what my favorite breakfast is, it would be Biscuits & Gravy. I like it pretty much anyway it can be prepared, from old-school sausage to lentil and garbanzo bean versions to gluten-free….it is something we have to make at least once a month in our house.
